At Safari, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent ticketing experience. Please read this refund policy carefully before booking a ticket. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You may request a full refund for your ticket before the ticket has been used and before its expiry date, provided the following conditions are met:
- ✓Your ticket has not been used for entry or access at any point.
- ✓Your ticket has not yet expired at the time of your refund request.
- ✓You contact our official team through the verified Safari support channels listed below.
⚠️ Important Notice: If you plan to request a refund, please contact us at least 1–2 days before your ticket's expiry date. Refund requests submitted within this window will be processed promptly. Requests made too close to expiry — or after it — cannot be honored.
When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund
Refund requests will be declined under the following circumstances:
- ✗The ticket has already been used for entry or access.
- ✗The ticket's validity period has expired.
- ✗The refund request was submitted after the expiry date, regardless of usage status.
- ✗The ticket was obtained through an unauthorized or third-party source.
Legal Notice & Fraud Warning
Any individual who attempts to claim a refund for a ticket that has already been used or has expired — by misrepresenting its status or through any other means — will be considered to have committed an act of fraud.
In such cases, Safari reserves the right to take full legal action against the individual, including but not limited to reporting to relevant authorities and pursuing civil or criminal proceedings as applicable under the law.
Do not attempt to misuse our refund process. We take fraudulent claims very seriously.
